Your Role
Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a Credit Marketing Analyst to join our team. A candidate with strong customer service and excellent written and verbal skills that can effectively manage multiple priorities.
As a member of the Credit Operations Team, the Credit Marketing Analyst will be primarily responsible for gathering data and supporting our MVC (Most Valuable Customer) marketing data, while meeting or exceeding monthly high-volume statistical goals. This position plays an active role in various other duties such as research and analysis of customer shopping history to resolve exception requests, benefit reward requests, and Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman account inquiries.

· Experience building reporting, dashboard skills are preferred
· Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Your Role

What You'll Do
- · Gather data, create and load MVC requests forms into SharePoint Database
- · Manage thousands of requests supporting 38 stores
- · Maintain and update MVC reporting matrix daily, pulling weekly reporting on department progress
- · Load Customer preferences and suppressions requests into SharePoint Database
- · Provide month to month reporting analysis on overall customer preferences and suppression completions
- · Research and respond to escalated customer/store inquiries
- · Coordinate with management to identify departmental training and/or efficiency opportunities
- · Support additional administration and reporting ad hoc responsibilities
What You Bring
