The Technical Center is a small and fine production facility in the middle of the HUGO BOSS AG campus. This is where the highest quality suits (full canvas), made-to-measure suits and fashion pieces are produced. In addition, we support product development by producing prototypes and various test parts. For the further development of this production we are looking for an Industrial Engineering Specialist (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Initiation and support of CIP activities to increase quality, on-time delivery and efficiency through appropriate methods and tools (lean, kaizen, value stream mapping)
  • Further development of production planning and control
  • Tracking of the production process, analysis of deviations based on key figures and initiation of measures to improve the availability of machines, materials, information, personnel and technologies
  • Leading, documenting and executing projects in all production areas and with company-wide interfaces
  • Standardization and digitalization of processes
  • Analysis, planning and introduction of new production processes and manufacturing technologies
  • Determining, analyzing and evaluating individual work steps in the field of time management and creating distribution plans and production layouts


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in clothing technology / industrial engineering or comparable training
  • Ideally further training in the field of REFA or MTM
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Sound knowledge of product development and process optimization, production processes and lean management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independent, precise and efficient way of working
  • Team and communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Experienced handling of MS Office, SAP, AutoCad and Signavio
