ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the International Sales Director as necessary.

  • Sales analysis (showroom orders, sell-thru reporting, shipping reports etc.)
  • Communication of sales and marketing support for clients (product knowledge, visual assets, PR etc.)
  • Assist with showroom organization (booking suppliers, arranging appointments, submitting invoices etc.)
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, returns/swaps and provide regular reporting on these activities
  • Sales event coordination and sample management
  • Responsible for coding and tracking expenses, submitting invoices to finance for payment
  • Support for all e-commerce partner activities (share vendor provided images, schedule shoots as required, provide all needed copy information, check deliveries and uploads)
  • Create visual summaries for each account’s order seasonally for external training and internal reference
  • Pull Available to Sell reports weekly and distribute to accounts
  • Client prospection research from time to time
  • Assist the international sales director with daily correspondence with accounts, provide customer service as needed
  • Liaise with commercial agents from time to time (i.e. provide selling and marketing materials, coordinate sales campaigns)
  • Competition benchmark and pricing analysis

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Dynamic, organized, independent and strong multitasking skills
  • Fashion sensibility and strong attention to details
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, inventory software and database software a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in another language is a plus (Spanish, French, Italian, or Mandarin)
