Zara Man Fabric Buyer (Shirts)

As a Fabric Buyer you'll create our collections hand by hand with our designers and garment buyers, you'll propose and develop the product that later on will arrive to thousands of stores worldwide, this roll requires strong negociation skills, great communication to have a good & respectful relationship with our suppliers, and a deep interest in sustainability as we work every day to maek our collections more sustainable.

Become an strategic role in our team. This position blends a creative and management role. Its also a team work as your relationship with the designers, controllers, quality control, and models will be key to suceed with collection's creation.

We're looking for dynamic people, eager to learn and grow with us. Experience is important for us but attitude is key! You'll have a training in the position and real responsability from day 1. You'll learn really fast about your decision making. Our structure is horizontal, meaning that you can relate to your colleagues as equal, receive their help and help them to reach our common goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

With at least 6 years experience in the fabric development and buying, specially for shirts category.

Textile Engineer or similar.

Fluent in English.

Spanish will be a plus.
