Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Department manager to join our Covent Garden Store. You will have the opportunity to work for an iconic and unique lifestyle brand with exciting career opportunities within Ralph Lauren. You will lead by driving performance and maintaining an elevated Ralph Lauren customer experience within the store.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Exceed sales and profitability targets
• Deliver sales and profitability through key metrics: KPI
• Deploy Staff resource to match skill/experience & customer requirements
• Adopt tools & processes to improve employee efficiency & increase productivity
• Understand and support budgetary requirements to increase the store profitability
• Manage & maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees
• Compliance of all company policy & procedures
• Partner with the operations manager and implement action plans
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• 2 full strategic cycles in a managerial role retail, mid luxury, luxury environment.
• Work autonomously and give proactive guidance to team.
• Excellent sales skills (actively engage with customers to promote RL experience)
• Able to prioritize work load, meet tight deadlines and specified standards
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate and influence direct team and others
• Required language: English + local language
