Job Details
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Achieve all store and individual sales goals
- Contribute to the overall success of the business
- Build genuine and strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business
- Drive revenue through clientelling activities, store events, consignment service and personal shopping
- Support in all VM guidelines and changes
- Manage all aspects of store inventory, including deliveries, stock check, general stock room maintenance
- Oversee all stock tagging and weekly negatives
- Manage shipping for store orders and consignments at 99 New Bond Street
- Report to Store Manager
