Job description:




As a member of the HR Digital Transformation team, the candidate will contribute to the development of exceptional technology solutions for the evolution of HR processes, working closely with HR and business leaders across multiple countries.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess a combination of digital skills, technical competencies, and the ability to build strong human relationships and communicate effectively.




•    To gather and analyze the diverse needs of the HR department in order to identify key functional requirements for the development of cutting-edge technological solutions
•    Ensure understanding and knowledge of HR processes, providing support to the IT function in defining, selecting, and architecting HR systems
•    Act as a Project Manager or Key User in HR digitization projects, applying project methodologies, managing tasks and project plans, and assessing priorities and risks
•    Guide HR colleagues through change management processes, providing training on new tools, offering assistance, and creating and maintaining documentation for HR systems
•    Collaborate in the development of our People Analytics strategy, creating insightful reports, extracting valuable insights from data, and effectively communicating data outcomes to HR and Business leaders
•    Support the IT function in ensuring the security, proper visibility, organization, and accessibility of data in HR systems
•    Evaluate the usage of HR tools, the quality of processes and data, user adoption, and satisfaction, and suggest action plans for continuous improvement




Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, either in corporate environments or in consultancy firms
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, Datawarehouse
Experience in Digital Transformation Projects
Capabilities of Project management
Knowledge of Human Resources processes
Ability to manage technical details together with business analysis
Continuous improvement mindset with the agility to shift priorities as the needs of the business evolve
Excellent organizational skills
Problem solving, flexibility and proactivity
Curiosity and ability to take any day by day opportunity as a challenge to bring your additional value
