Position Overview
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover 12 months The FP&A Manager role is based in London, UK - responsible for end to end financial support for the e-Commerce channel in EMEA. This position reports to the Head of FP&A (Retail EMEA) and will work together with key business partners and Senior Management to support the group's baseline financial operations including responsibility for divisional budgeting/long range planning, forecasting, and month end close activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative financial professional with the ability to multi-task with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity. Position requires strong foundational knowledge and experience in finance/accounting and a firm understanding of Retail concepts. This position is an excellent opportunity to build a strong business partnership with regional management and develop a sound financial expertise to support sustainable, profitable growth. It is also an ideal role to gain detailed insight into the Digital business and learn about industry issues impacting the Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead the end to end forecast and budget process for the full P&L including sales/margin and operating expenses across all functional areas as well as integration of digital KPIs · Collaborate with the functional leads to develop monthly forecasts; specifically, with leads across planning, marketing, digital ops/technology, and supply chain · Track performance metrics and proactively analyze and assess business risks and opportunities to drive operational and financial performance and deliver against targets · Own all month end close processes including accruals/re-classes and variance analyses (sales/margin/expenses) · Review monthly expense results with functional department heads; act as the lead finance business partner for expenses and establish a track record of clear communication and sound follow up · Manage the annual budget and long-range plan processes, including developing expense budgets, projecting other revenue items, and preparing supporting analyses and bridges · Support decision making and provide guidance for new business initiatives, marketing requests, and other investment decisions; partner with leadership to develop related ROI analyses · Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across divisional finance teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment including sharing best practices across divisions · Support and prepare ad hoc analyses and special projects for Corporate and Senior leadership Key partners: Retail Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital Operations (Trading & Technology), Contact Center, Divisional/Regional/Corporate FP&A Scope: role covers the RL EMEA region, which includes UK, Germany, Italy, France, Iberia, Scandi and Emerging Markets

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· University Degree in Finance/Accounting or work experience equivalent · 4-6 full strategic cycles experience in Finance/Accounting; FP&A in a multinational or retail company preferred · Strong communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and formal) with the ability to develop professional relationships with varying levels of management · Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment; detail oriented with strong organization skills · Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail · Self-motivated/pro-active, follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results · Mandatory: Advanced competency in Excel and other Microsoft applications · Preferred: SAP, Insight, and Hyperion Essbase
