JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

COST BREAKDOWN - CBD
  • All Tory Burch's product lines - Mainline, Runway/Vogue.com, MFO, & Sport-line
  • Stages from - Early development sourcing and R&D, 1st proto, 2nd proto, 3rd proto, SMS, PMS/PPS until FINAL
  • Send LDS/FDS/hardware price chart to factories
  • Chase and Collect CBD from all factories
  • Check & Edit the CBD details. Make sure all elements' accuracy


COUNTER SOURCE COMPARISON
  • Early development sourcing and R&D, 1st proto, 2nd proto, 3rd proto
  • Price comparison for suggesting SMS allocation
  • Review and analyze which factory have lower LLDP and better Margin after SMS
  • Work with supervisor & suggest which factory should be better for production in term of IMU result driven


SYSTEM INPUTS & UPDATES
  • Create the data base in PDM/PLM costing page
  • Factory allocation
    • Original sample maker
    • Counter source vendor
  • Duty / Freight
    • China
    • Offshores (India, Cambodia, Philippines, Vietnam)
  • Production Categories
    • Handbag, Tote, Wallet, Cosmetic, keyfob, phone case, belt....etc


REPORT & COST NEGOTIATION
  • IMU report for all sample stage until Final production
  • Seasonal / Annual costing comparison and analysis
  • Material cost/ Labor cost analysis
  • Cost negotiation with factories according to CBD details and internal target


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
  • Minimum 3 years or above in fashion accessories product development, sourcing, and/or production. Handbag field is preferable
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong math and collaborative skills
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Able to work with cross-functional team
  • Accurate data process skill
  • Proficient in excel & Microsoft skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table )
  • Fluency of oral and written English
