Internship Process Excellence (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for the Process Excellence team for a duration of 6 months, starting in October. Working cross-functionally with our stakeholders, we develop sustainable processes to optimize efficiency in Creative, Brand Management, and Business Operations.

What you can expect:

• By participating in current projects, you will gain an overview of the process landscape and current optimization approaches in various areas of the company.
• You will support the Process Excellence team in data collection, preparation, and process documentation.
• You will collaborate with the Creative, Product Development, Purchasing, and Data Management teams.
• You will work together in the planning, coordination, and implementation of working sessions with interfaces.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in apparel management, product management, project management or business administration
• You have basic knowledge of clothing production and are familiar with the central processes of the apparel industry.
• You have an analytical mindset, are well-structured, and able to work independently.
• You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
• You have good written and spoken English skills.
• You are a team player, enthusiastic, and have strong organizational skills.
