Be the best business partner for the retail management, providing comprehensive analysis on retail to allow sound business decisions, to reach sales and profit goals. Be effective in recommending actions based on performance and forecasts comparing various scenarios.

  • Partner with the Retail and Finance Functions to analyze, at all necessary levels of detail (by channel, by store type, by store, by brand, etc.) sales trends, item level data, pricing and promotional plans, markdown impacts and budgets.
  • Drive the constant improvement of performance to the Retail Excellence
  • Lead the weekly meetings presentations to update cross-functionally on meaningful sales and budget reports along with the analysis of the KPIs (Footfall, Conversion, UPT, ATV, % Sellout at Full RRP)
  • Deep understanding of CRM/Consumer KPIs as Spontaneous awareness, Consideration, Contactable consumer base, average Basket, Frequency
  • Assist in the company's periodical financial and reforecast submissions
  • Contribute to the design and management of the budgeting and forecast process. Liaise with Retail team (VP Retail, Retail Manager, Area Manager) to gain all the necessary to create the most accurate budget / forecast
  • Review financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data
  • Prepare and explain reports necessary to drive performance and ensure alignment across team members and cross functional partners; provide ad-hoc reports when and where requested, acting as a business partner for Retail and Finance Function
  • Provide regular analysis to management on sell-through history and apply it to forecasting, procurement, inventory and preferred store selection for products
  • Monitor the competitive environment as it relates to products, promotions, pricing and merchandising
  • Provide analyses on store operations (e.g. new store performance, sales analyses and customer experience)
  • Follow up with special projects such as software implementation (e.g.Store force), ensuring the provision to HQ of the necessary data

  • University Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • At least 5 years' experience in similar role within a retail driven company
  • Highly developed business acumen
  • Ability to take a 'big picture' view of a situation
  • Good communication and collaboration skills and abilities
  • Highly detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines
  • High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication
