What you can expect:

  • Together with your teams Customer Experience, Customer Care and Retail Systems & Operations you are responsible for the customer journey throughout our omnichannel touchpoints
  • You review feedback and analytics of the current use of, Experience program tools, MOCCA services and in store experiences to understand what matters most to the customer
  • You support the store teams in executing the customer experience strategy and share frameworks with them
  • With direct leadership for Customer Care based at HUGO BOSS AG and indirect leadership for Customer Care based in Northern Hub, SEAPAC, Greater China and NCSA you ensure integrated systems enable strong customer support for our customers
  • You work closely together with other corporate departments (mainly Omnichannel, IT, Group Strategy & Corporate Development) as well as with Retail Directors and Retail Operations teams to develop and implement state of the art experiences
  • You ensure the reliability and efficiency of in store processes and systems to enable store teams to offer high level of service with secure and effective operations, always looking for the opportunity to improve these core functions

Your profile:

  • 10+ years of working experience in (Fashion) Retail, ideally in store, retail operations or omnichannel services experience
  • International experience in more than one country/region is a plus
  • Very good understanding of retail processes
  • Profound project management skills
  • Very good cultural awareness to tailor communication appropriately to market contacts
  • Excellent Business English skills
