Position Overview:
  • Support the Global PR team in managing day-to-day sample requests and logistics, contributing to the overall success of the organization with a dual reporting line to the manager of Global Entertainment and S&D
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day processes, including, but not limited to, product loans, inventory control and management and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Lead product pulls through store locations from receiving to returning to ensure a seamless operational process
  • Ensure proper movement of product in and out of the department to maintaining quality control and loss prevention
  • Determine and advise on best direction for product loans based on expertise in company insurance procedures and limitations, while enforcing compliance among the broader team
  • Execute proper care and product handling through appropriate packing, shipping, and receiving procedures
  • Work with international teams on pulling sample requests via COMPASS
  • Partner with the global trade & logistics team on a consistent basis for alignment of best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with facilitation, execution, and record-keeping of care service responsibilities for product repairs
  • Knowledge of logistics programs and various account management services (i.e. MALCA, Fedex, IXO Messenger, Brinks, COMPASS, PKB)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guard services to organize and secure support for urgent fittings and editorial shoots
  • Cultivate efficient working relationships with colleagues within multiple departments (i.e. product development, high jewelry, store operations, trade & logistics)
  • Coordinate inventory control to ensure a successful annual inventory and department audits
  • Assist with special projects as needed


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics management or retail operations required
  • Comprehension of imperative timelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Weekend availability for key entertainment dressings
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
  • Confident in developing cross-function relationships in a collaborative approach

The hiring range for this position ranges from $24.31- $32.89. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
