Job Details
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports, and forecasts for the business (sales, inventory, expenses, etc.) to ensure financial stability.
- Collecting and tracking invoices in closely working with the accountant and Kering Japan Shared Services Finance team.
- Improvement of financial processes including Concur system (expense system)
- Review internal documents such as stock movements, cash management...etc
- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
- Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes such as stock-take
- Process management for defective product sale for the employees and creation of inventory documents in collaborating with Retail Merchandising and General Affairs.
- Other all Finance & Accounting (plus back office) related activities.
