We are looking for someone to join our team who has a love of both historic and modern Tiffany product with a passion for client service. The Servicing Estimator is an integral part of the servicing experience and creates estimates based on careful review of client owned merchandise submitted for repair. They collaborate with our craftspeople and material specialists to ensure the appropriate servicing in addition to accurate pricing, timing and the necessary components needed to complete the desired service. Along with estimates, they will assist with direct client servicing requests that arrive at the servicing facility, providing the highest level of care and attention to detail as if the orders were taken in at a Tiffany & Co location. This role requires collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams and strong follow through skills.

What You'll Do:
  • Accurately develop timing and pricing of estimate orders, using the correct resources provided
  • Create orders for client direct shipments within established time frames and production standards
  • Manage individual work with close attention to detail to ensure orders are created with high quality and within expected turn times
  • Act as a liaison between the Service Center and all internal clients
  • Proactively work with management with any repair service issues and/or client escalations
  • Communicate workflow effectively through updating memos and following up on orders, including those awaiting parts
  • Assist management with projects, flex assignments and/or ongoing tasks to meet the needs of the business as needed
  • Act as an internal client advocate by working with all departments at the Tiffany Service Center and obtaining information necessary for resolution of client issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate accordingly with responsible parties

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 2 years' of jewelry experience
  • Minimum 3 years' business experience with strong operational background
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work without constant direction
  • Excellent organizational abilities to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High ability to collaborate, build strong business relations and influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of Graduate Gemology degree or completion of courses
  • Knowledge in AS400, MIPS, POS or Salesforce
  • Tiffany & Co. product knowledge

The hiring range for this position ranges from $24 - 33/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
