This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are responsible for analyzing the business by division, product category and SKU level. Support sales and inventory strategies for Direct to Consumer Channels. You're also resourceful and collaborative with excellent communication skills, strong retail math and analytical skills and you enjoy working in a fast paced highly collaborative environment. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You will support the Allocation function/manager in the development and maintenance of North America allocation strategies for Full Price Retail Stores, with a focus on timely and accurate deliveries that support the company's financial targets and inventory turns. Fully align, partner, and cooperate with Buying, Planning, Visual merchandising, Regional Directors/GMs, Stores, and Logistics. Provide a high level of customer service to store/field requests for upcoming business events/needs and key event calendar. Provide visibility through standard and ad-hoc reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Support in ensuring size profiles are optimized by store cluster to maximize Sales, Gross Margin, and inventory turns. Ensure a balance between store and warehouse on hand - protecting the store channel and optimal inventory levels. Influence seasonal buying decisions based on out-of-stock performance. Make recommendations to the Planning and Buying teams on product receipt needs to ensure that sales are maximized in all store locations. Participate in monthly floor set communication of allocation strategy for New Floor Sets (size, options) and ensure all monthly floor sets are delivered within set parameters i.e. receipt by the first week of each month, communicate any delivery issues which may affect this plan back to Buying and Planning. Own category allocation of monthly fashion floor set to maximize productivity at store level for key categories. Support in the creation of model stocks for owned categories ensuring that optimal inventory levels are maintained at store and warehouse levels. Manage the replenishment of owned categories key items, while partnering with Planning to best optimize sales/inventory. Manage inventory excellence at the door level for owned categories ensuring stock is at the optimum level at style/size level based on sales performance. To Land This Role:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Planning/Allocation function

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 24.00 USD - 29.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
