Position Overview:

The Specialist, Global Media will be a critical part of the Global Media team, support the Manager and VP in all tasks, and have the opportunity to lead relevant projects/campaigns. The Specialist will have a robust knowledge of the media landscape, especially as it relates to digital and social, add rigor to Tiffany's digital ecosystem, and fuel the brand's growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist with Global Media strategy development & scaling across channels & priority markets/regions
  • Assist Manager with HQ-led media plan development to augment priority markets during key sales periods
  • Assist with and lead the development and execution of custom content programs and editorially led integrations in collaboration with PR and the Creative team
  • Manage creator programs, projects, and cross-team collaborations, overseeing content creation from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate with creators to develop content ideas and assist on shoots as needed
  • Partner closely with regional/local counterparts on all aspects of the local media planning process, from assisting with briefing through execution and reporting, ensuring Global priorities are upheld
  • Lead print budgets, planning, and buying in partnership with the agency
  • Understand local market landscape nuances: market maturity, channel & platform trends, and company market presence
  • Develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams and media agency of record, acting as key POC/representative for the Global Media team
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing throughout the campaign briefing process, ensuring media asset needs and findings are at the forefront of campaign development
  • Evaluate the performance of media campaigns & digital marketing initiatives, extracting actionable insights from complex data sets and recommending optimizations for future
  • Lead ad tech stack management and optimization, oversee global pixel and tagging requests, in partnership with IT, agency, and corporate teams
  • Implement "test & learn" programs for digital channels including testing roadmap, test set-up, and results interpretation
  • Responsible for reviewing and completing quarterly regional media spend reports and weekly marketing dashboards for presentation to Sr. leadership

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing & media
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline media, web analytics, and technology
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms, sophisticated reporting, data collection & analysis (e.g. Google, publisher dashboards)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
  • Ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and external agency stakeholders
  • Demonstrate curiosity about Web3 technology and be open to learning and gaining knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Media agency and/or luxury retail experience
  • Passion for finding the "stories" behind the numbers and translating them into concrete insights
  • Familiarity with CRM data & programmatic media

The hiring range for this position ranges from $88,740 - 120,060. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
