Visual Merchandising Manager EUME

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP Wholesale EUME, the Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for creating impactful visual presentations in the EUME region. This role is all about creating a store environment that promotes our brand, showcases & moves our product & delights our customers. You will need to have a well-developed understanding of the Tory Burch visual presentation standards and strong business acumen - effectively balancing aesthetics with productivity and be extremely creative and an effective communicator & trainer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy in line with Tory Burch business objectives.
• Travelling to key accounts in the assigned EUME region communicating our visual merchandising strategy.
• Ensuring that project, department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Define in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives.
• Coordinating with partner's visual merchandising team and analyze zone set up requirement for individual store category.
• Develop visual presentations to increase sales through visual impact.
• Work closely with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Sales and PR to support their visual needs.
• Coordinate new openings, pop up and window installations in the global VM area.
• Assisting and compiling VM directives for the EU/ME Wholesale accounts.
• Working closely with Global VM, ensuring the brand VM guidelines are followed.
• Assisting with Showroom set up during market periods.
• Work closely with the Wholesales Team to fully understand product deliveries, seasonal focus and strategies for each season and wholesale accounts.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Minimum 5 years Retail/Visual Merchandising experience.
• Additional value: ME experience.
• Degree holder (or equivalent) in relevant disciplines is desirable.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Strong planning, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and wholesale numerical sense, detailed minded with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel.
• Excellent command in English, knowledge of other European languages and Arabic is a plus.
• Able to extensive travel, domestic and international.
