About the Role

As the Procurement Specialist, you'll report to the Procurement Manager. In your role, you'll contribute to the procurement of indirect (not for sale to NMG customers) equipment, products, supplies, and services for your department team members. You'll support multiple executives and project teams. You and the team will work remotely.

What You'll Do
  • Facilitate capital and expense requests for project and PO creation. Issue and track to completion
  • Maintain active projects and POs through their lifecycle
  • Organize and participate in meetings and project reviews
  • Responsible for specialized project-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation of projects for AP understanding and audit support
  • Initiates cost savings practices without sacrificing quality or critical working relationships
  • Perform other procurement-related responsibilities


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience in tactical procurement and retail
  • Experience using purchasing software: Oracle and Coupa purchasing modules
  • Project management experience with an emphasis on strategic purchasing and cost reductions
