YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Part-Time Runner , you will aid in transforming a customer's store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will maximize sales through retail operational excellence and support to the overall store visual and image.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Greets all customers with warmth and hospitality.
• Is proactive in ensuring the needs of all customers in the store are met, works in collaboration with colleagues to create a seamless experience
• Assist with activities in the tailor shop when needed
• Utilizes store systems efficiently and accurately
• Maintains accountability for store inventories by vigilantly reporting any discrepancy in labelling or inventory levels
• Adheres to Zegna store operating procedures.
• Follows Zegna product and gift packaging standards and guidelines to ensure Zegna luxury and quality image

WHO YOU ARE:

• Must have a proven track record of exceptional customer service to clients, luxury retail environment preferred
• Must be analytical and detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Self-starter and a team player
• $20-$22/hour
