BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
He/she will be part of Zegna Global Retail Training team and will support in managing events, travels and business trips.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she will be part of Zegna Global Retail Training team and will support in managing events, travels and business trips.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the team across training activities
- Support in coordinating vendors
- Back office activities, such as events tracking
- Support in travel and business trips management
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare operational materials, such as presentations for project team, regions, steering committee
- Support in communication plan development (pre/during/post)
- Manage events, in terms of logistic and operative support on site during events, such as welcoming guests
- Attentive to details
- Project Management
- Analytical skills
- High flexibility and reactivity
- Good communication skills
- English Fluent as a must
- Luxury sensitivity
- University Degree
