YOUR ROLE

As our Senior E-commerce Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital initiatives to new heights. You will be instrumental in delivering projects that enhance our customer experience and elevate our brand's online presence as we expand internationally.

Reporting directly to the Global E-commerce Director, you will lead and mentor our e-commerce team across various project scopes, fostering collaboration, setting goals, and achieving objectives that align with Holzweiler’s brand identity and values.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex e-commerce projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Seamlessly integrate new features and functionalities to enhance customer experiences across omnichannel platforms.
• Implement effective project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards to drive successful project outcomes.

Transversal Team Management:

• Foster collaboration and effective communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to empower the e-commerce team in project-related tasks. Facilitate the creation of project roadmaps, setting clear goals, monitoring deliverables, and exceeding expectations through proactive management.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment where all team members contribute to the overall success of the projects. Ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their project objectives.

Roadmap Follow-up:

• Lead the successful execution of the e-commerce roadmap, overseeing progress, resource allocation, and issue resolution to ensure the timely achievement of key milestones.
• Continuously assess the roadmap in response to evolving market dynamics, changing business objectives, and sustainability commitments, optimizing its alignment with the e-business goals.
• Foster collaboration and communication with stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the roadmap's implementation.

New Initiatives and Partnerships:

• Drive the launch of new projects, systems, and initiatives that foster our online growth and drive global expansion.
• Scale e-commerce operations to new markets, adapting strategies to different cultural contexts, and strengthening our international presence.
• Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration that align with our brand values and contribute to our long-term success.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify and assess project risks, considering their potential impact on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking appropriate actions to address and resolve any issues that may arise.
