Job Details
A highly organised and process oriented Production Assistant to support the day to day operations of the Photo Studio. We are a fast moving studio and require a candidate with a proactive approach to problem solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and assist the Producer and Production team with daily duties and running of the Photostudio
- Reporting into the Producer and providing workflow cover when needed
- Oversee the management of product samples for shoots in coordination with the Digital Samples team.
- Track productivity and targets in accordance to KPIs for ecom sets
- Own creation and sending of the call sheet including hair and makeup references to the daily shoot team
- Manage/maintain Photostudio set and equipment kit
- Track the processing of the daily shoot schedule on the workflow tool
- Provide administrative support to core teams within the studio (styling, photography, retouching and senior management)
- Support with briefs from the wider business in conjunction with the Producer
- Providing support on costs, equipment hire, resource bookings and workflow status updates in accordance to deadlines
- Receive project brief requirements and direction
- Own Still life and on model Production reshoot requests weekly

- Improved quality, consistency and quicker turnaround for E-commerce workflow
- Streamlined communication with internal and external teams to maintain multiple project requirements
- Improved workflow and productivity resulting in profitability
- Successful roll out of digital and creative initiatives
