Position Overview
We are embarking on a significant transformation journey that will support RL in becoming a digitally enabled organization. Analyst, IT Technology Management is part of the RL India team and plays an energetic role in executing programs that are part of a comprehensive shared services transformation that is currently underway. This is a role with business analysis that requires the extensive executional skills to track all the technology related projects (from PO to invoicing) This position is responsible for all activities related to enabling the Technology projects / portfolios including creation of PO process, vendor/partner management and overall health of the organization., reporting directly to the Technology Business Management Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Works as part of a small team t on all tasks related to the Information Technology Department's portfolio of initiatives and activities, with a focus on portfolio analysis, reporting, and department governance activities
* Analyzes portfolio data and develops status reports to be delivered to senior management
* Supports contract management and maintenance in the department, in conjunction with Legal and Procurement
* Facilitates all aspects of Technology procurement (PO placement, invoice processing, etc.)
* Telecom management
* Assists in facilitating departmental reviews of the Technology portfolio
* Drives technology RFP / RFI reviews and reports results
* Collaborates with stakeholders across the company in non-technical roles
* Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge, Experience & Abilities
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
* Minimum 4 years' experience in project management tools and methodologies
* Fully proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel experience and/or expertise a plus
* Ability to conduct research and analysis into hardware and software products as required
* Determines cost of operations in relation to licensing, leases, and contracts
* Collects operational data, analyzes results, and monitors variances
* Tracks and determines compliance status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
* Organized, with a keen attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
