Buying Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsible for the order management & placing PO's to the factories according prioritization from planning
• Taking care of all preparation for production/product data: Product data check from product to final label to ensure the safeguarding of Aeyde’s quality standards, coordination of EAN’s to factory, coordination barcode label creation, coordination with factories on product packaging and labeling (engage across departments)
• Oversee bulk raw material orders (leathers / components)
• Prepare shipping documentation and review for accuracy
• Key liaison between factory, suppliers, and Aeyde
• Troubleshoot delays and issues - communicate to internal teams
• Capacity planning, sourcing together with analytics and product
• Overseeing initial inbound delivery: ensure factory adherence to time & action calendar
• Negotiate claims or QC issues with the factory
• Work with tools: Product Development, ERP, Excel etc.
• Work closely with the product development, merchandising, inbound & accounting team to ensure a smooth product delivery process
• Maintain a high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work
• Resolve order processing and invoicing issues

Your profile

• 3+ years of work experience in Product Operations & Production Management, Sourcing, Data Analytics
• Academic Degree from a business or fashion school 
• Strong e-commerce and technical understanding
• Superior analytical skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and cross functional management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
• Flexible, open minded, driven and kind
