Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be a critical part of the MEA Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategy guidance and tactics to boost the brand's image and drive qualified traffic. The Marketing Manager will create successful media campaigns from ideation to execution, along with being responsible to develop, manage and execute marketing programs within the market.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Evaluate the performance of media campaigns & digital marketing initiatives, extracting actionable insights and recommending optimizations for the future
  • Influence cross-functional teams through effective communication and project management leadership
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive jewelry landscape
  • Ensure appropriate, consistent, and timely reporting from local markets. Consolidate and validate the regional Marketing reports, including ad hoc analyses, events and other activity updates
  • Conduct market trend analysis. Assist in execution of any given regional/ company-wide research projects
  • Ensure the local markets collaborate with Global Marketing and EMEA Marketing on creative fulfillment
  • Maintain interaction and communication with global and local Influencer Marketing teams, facilitate and coordinate local exploitation of activities and content production
  • Plan and execute Regional budget and media plans as required

Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years' experience in marketing or regional agency experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills and accountability
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
  • Ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and external agency stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media, web analytics, and technology
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms, sophisticated reporting, data collection & analysis (e.g. Google, publisher dashboards)
  • Proficiency in Arabic

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury retail experience
  • Passion for finding the "stories" behind the numbers and translating them into concrete insights
