Position Overview
Facilitate and drive application development, support, and execution of strategic and business critical projects supporting key initiatives related to Ralph Lauren Global Label Compliance Solution (GLC). Successfully manage technical and functional aspects of GLC solution delivery partnering with IT cross-functional teams, Business Leads, and vendor partners to support the growth and evolution of the GLC solution at Ralph LaurenThe Application Analyst - GLC reports to the Application Lead- GLC and is guided by the Global Manager/Director of Pre-Production Technologies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Support and develop the Global Label Compliance Solution supporting both internal and external supplier partners.
* Support overall application maintenance and stability following standard IT and security protocols and procedures.
* Facilitate daily technology operations including issue analysis and resolution avoiding downtime and delays.
* Work collaboratively with various IT partners to ensure seamless integration of product data across the matrix of application
* Assist with technical content and execution of strategic projects in a fast-paced environment that covers multiple cross-functional areas.
* Support domain projects with technical planning and execution.
* Execute and support the software build process and Production Release. Create deployment plans with the detailed technical activities for the target Production Releases.
* Partner with business leads + IT partners to recommend and deliver global solutions.
* Deliver technology solutions in alignment with project and business objectives.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Must have 5+ years In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services primarily SharePoint Online.
* Must have 4+ years experience and knowledge of workflow solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
* Must have4+ years Experience architecting system design and configuration.
* Must have 4+ yearsExperience in Visual Studio/HTML5/CSS3/AngularJS
* Must have4+years Experience with Full Stack Development and Server-Side Code
* Must have Experience with C#.
* Must have Experience with at least one Code Version Control Software.
* Experience with Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools- SharePoint; including administration tasks such as
* creating/configuring SharePoint sites & managing user permissions
* Previous apparel industry or supply chain experience preferred
* Previous external vendor/supplier partner support experience preferred
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Previous operational and project support experience
* Ability to documents and communicate concepts and proposals
* Meticulous record keeping and documentation of current configurations and application history
* Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to quickly learn new process skills and applications
