Tapestry is looking for a Sr. Manager People Data & Reportingto engage as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors reporting and analytics capabilities. The individual will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business data and reporting needs while ensuring accuracy and best practices. This includes ensuring security framework for data accessibility, deliver operational efficiencies through data quality, develop a self-service process, and continuous improvements to SuccessFactors reporting and analytics initiatives including new system update testing and implementation with the support of Tapestry People Services team.

In this role the individual will be responsible for building a governance model and audit structure capabilities globally that impact compliance, business drivers and operational effectiveness. P rovide application administration and security assignments; establish and maintain data audits and analysis and ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of SuccessFactors data.

People Data responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Develop and own a global reporting and data analytics roadmap and long term strategy for SuccessFactors, motivate and drive the data governance process and ensure standards and processes for master data are followed. While keeping data standards evergreen.
  • Assess data sources to optimize quality and accuracy of reporting output. Work cross-functionally as needed to enable data architecture and solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the business.
  • Engage with key stakeholders HRTS, IT, HR, Privacy team, Legal and other teams to provide consultation and collaboration regarding SuccessFactor's data assets and participate in audit, enterprise data governance and data privacy activities.
  • Establish, Implement, and own Data Audits using our Audit & Compliance tools to ensure data integrity, accuracy and identify and prioritize data improvement work.
  • Communicate complex concepts to non-technical business stakeholders across the entire analytic cycle, from question identification through results interpretation, and including communication about data integrity.


Reporting responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Lead the end-to-end process for report and data request including gathering requirements, design, development of high-quality reports and stories for our HR Leadership team.
  • Develop a streamline process for all request for report and data analysis from HR teams.
  • Identify and implement new enhancements to SuccessFactors to provide highest level of service and support.
  • Support and execute Legal reporting request in PeopleHub.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports that provide insights and trends to support data quality.
  • Evaluate all requests for change in reporting scope or requirements, development of user acceptance and deployment plans, coordination of training, and other necessary support.
  • Provide hands-on Tier 3 operational support for security, testing and reporting issues, including complex questions and change requests using ServiceNow case management application.
  • Apply appropriate data access through the assignment and removal of configured security roles in SuccessFactors, in partnership with HRTS team.


Ad-hoc reporting
  • Set-up a proper structure and governance model and deploy to our Tapestry People Services team who support our standard and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Develop reporting and data analytics roadmap for the SuccessFactors application and lead, motivate and drive the data governance process and ensure standards and processes for master data are followed globally.
  • Deploy self-service a la carte reporting tool in partnership with HRTS for key stakeholders to run custom ad-hoc reports.
  • Support and set-up our HR partners with the proper reporting assignment and appropriate security assignments for cyclical business processes such as Open Enrollment, Performance Management cycles, Compensation Planning, and all other ongoing programs and perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.
  • Build, develop, and maintain repeatable, accurate, and credible metrics, dashboards, and reports, which will often require leading cross-functional efforts to build alignment and standardize definitions for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), target goals, and how KPIs will be calculated, tracked and visualized.
  • Ensure reporting processes are followed as documented in Sarbanes-Oxley process narratives, process flows, and control matrices.
  • Develop self-sufficiency in end users through effective training, troubleshooting and user adoption education.
  • Participate in special projects with staff as directed and other duties assigned.


The successful individual will possess...
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant reporting and data analytics experience
  • SuccessFactors experience or training. Must have experience with HCM system administration, employee central, security, and reporting. Experience across multiple SuccessFactors workstreams is a plus (RCM, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance Management, etc.)
  • Experience in building report stories in SuccessFactors SAP Analytics Lite desired
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint)
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills required and HR functional experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities
  • Demonstrated skill in attention to detail and accuracy with data
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively irrespective of complexity level
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
