Junior Merchandising & Wholesale Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working across departments to deliver weekly targets and seasonal budgets across Wholesale, B2B and Trunk Shows
• Managing the communication of key stock deliveries with updates from production
• Running the weekly sales reports and identifying any key risks or opportunities to the Head of Commercial Strategy
• Work with our new and existing partners on managing orders, re-orders, order confirmations and POs and ensuring partners are following our Terms & Conditions
• Work alongside our production team to provide up-to-date forecasting
• Building a good working knowledge of Bright Pearl to provide an appropriate level of data analysis and insights that can be shared with relevant teams to aid decision making and gain product information
• Management of data input and any updates
• Supporting the implementation of new processes and seasonal strategies within the new wholesale area
• Regular analysis and reporting information
• Maintaining a strong awareness of both competitors and partners to share any key findings to the wider team

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of experience of working in the role or similar
• Strong experience in reporting and analysis alongside planning of weekly stock intake
• A self-starter that is detail orientated and looking to grow within a young, luxury brand
• Strong communication skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft
• Ideally have worked with Shopify and Bright Pearl software
