Store Manager (m/f/x)

With your entrepreneurial and hospitable mentality as well as your passion for sales, you not only inspire our customers, but als o motivate your entire team through your positive charisma and authentic ity . Thanks to your sound retail knowledge, you will be able to successfully manage your store.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES :

• The management of the store , taking into account the key business figures
  
• Team and goal-oriented leadership of your employees and their further development
  

• Representation of our premium lifestyle brand as brand ambassador
  
• Ensuring and maintaining an overview of all store-operational tasks
  
• The support and development of core and new customers
  
• Ensuring efficient merchandise and active space management
  

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? YOU HAVE :

• Several years of professional experience as a manager in the textile retail industry
  
• Leadership qualities and a high level of social competence
  
• A motivating, self-confident personality
  

• Ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality
  
• A high affinity for sales as well as strong organizational talent
  
• An analytical understanding to evaluate our KPI's
  
• Good English and PC skills
