The typical day is... atypical. You might be analyzing customer behavior data, working with business partners to identify growth opportunities, doing marketing channel performance reporting, building new Google Analytics reports to track customer behaviors, and monitoring and checking data quality and accuracy etc. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

A Day in the Life:

You are leading Digital Marketing Analytics, focusing on the following areas:

• Measure the effectiveness of our brand media in driving any halo benefit using web metrics and customer data. Provide actionable takeaways to improve the effectiveness of our brand advertising
• Work with Digital Marketing to optimizeour media spend to drive more incremental ROAS and drive greater spend efficiencies & ECNA profitability through reporting, customer insights, and testing
• Provide customer insights to identify opportunities to drive greater effectiveness of audience segments and landing pages by marketing channel
• Support day-to-day operations through marketing channel performance reporting
• Analyze customer's site experience behaviors to improve conversion and identify opportunities for site experience improvement.

You are also working with Google Analytics vendor and business partners to ensure data sufficiency and accuracy.

You're resourceful, collaborative, and organized with an eye on details and a mindset for insight actionability. A sense of humor is a plus!

To Land This Role:

• BA or master's degree with a specialization in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, including at least one year in digital marketing analytics
• Good understanding of digital marketing operations and customer insight
• Tech Savvy and proficient in Google Analytics and Looker Studio, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
• Able to work with a high volume of complex data using SQL and Python
• Able to partner with key cross-functional partners to drive insights from the analysis to conclusion
• Strong communication skills and able to influence others to achieve buy-in for recommendations
• DTC experience preferred

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 109,000.00 USD - 136,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
