As a Tailor, you will be a support to the sales team, working together to provide a premium luxury service to each customer, complying with Zegna's delivery times and quality standards.

Efficiently contribute to the customers luxury experience by offering the highest level of service.

In this role you will:

• Performance of the following functions (alterations, fittings, adjustments, tailoring and measurements) with the highest level of quality.
• Obtain customer feedback on Zegna products.
• Support the sales team in taking action for MTM in providing quality and efficient service to customers

You and your colleagues are responsible for achieving your store's sales goals, executing the plans provided by the store manager, as well as using your own initiative to suggest alternative strategies. You need to work smart, keeping up to date the store's stock situation and adjusting your techniques to maximize sales.

You are tasked with a range of customer service functions, including making adjustments and alteration measurements. You are also there to listen to customers and share their feedback with us, ensuring that if they have any issues, they are resolved with caution.
