We are looking for a dedicated Merchandise Manager Franchise (m/f/d) for our team with immediate effect, who will support our team in inspiring customers for our brands HUGO and BOSS with passion and know-how.As an international company, HUGO BOSS offers you an environment in which team spirit and respect are lived. What you can expect:

• You are responsible to distributemerchandise to our franchise partners based on business trends, reporting analysis and management objectives.
• You are in the lead to createand maintain weekly reports on allocation status, open order tracking by collection seasonally.
• You have a strong product focus andyou understand thefull product life cycle for timely execution of initial delivery, replenishment and liquidation strategies.
• You suggest, recommendand executeproduct category markdowns, store-to-store transfersand merchandise consolidations based on sales performance.
• You communicate directly with the franchise partners regarding their needs, special orders, and stock inquiries and you are the first contact for any questions regarding the merchandise flow and performance.
• The Stakeholder Management is also an important task, where youcollaborate with various resources internally (i.e. SALES Account Management, Logistics, IT, etc.).

Your profile:

• You have a strong retail mindset and severalyears work experience in merchandising
• You have a solid ability to provide strong analytical and conceptual analysis
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
• E - Commerce experience is appreciated
• You are strong inoral and written communication in German and English
• You are very detail oriented andself-motivated
• You love fashion, our products & have trend awareness
