The Retail Executive, under the lead of the Retail Excellence Manager, monitors and reviews the performance of each store and partners with the management and retail leadership to enhance performance across sales, Client experience, store and team productivity, operations and compliance, and to ensure that all stores reflect the Tiffany brand image at all times.


Retail Operations Support
  • Search and onboard Vendors for retail supplies and services including all store supplies, transportation and courier
  • COUPA - review and approve logistics matters
  • Coordinate movement & sales of staff purchase inventory
  • Work in partnership with respective store admins to ensure:
    • Orders fulfillment from vendors are timely and are payments are validated
    • All uniform related matters e.g. allocation to new staff, staff returns, replenishment requirements, maintain budget and inventory are promptly addressed and resolved
    • Administrative tasks relating to staff are promptly completed with ease, e.g. flight and hotel reservation for staff attending regional and international events
  • Partner with admin / HR on retail recognition and engagement & celebrations
  • Support the Retail Excellence Manager in design and updates of operating procedures for Retail and Client Care Center

Retail Performance Support
  • Answer any commission / incentive queries from the retail team
  • Support the design and calculation of monthly commission & incentives
  • Working in partnership with respective store admins to ensure:
    • Store Rosters; Days/Hours Off-In-Lieu / Annual Leave / RO are well-monitored and thoroughly reviewed to maximise productivity
  • Organizing of Retail Meetings with cross functional teams
  • Capturing Monthly Retail Manager Meeting Minutes and disseminating to relevant parties
  • Weekly retail reporting including sales, incentives and PMP KPIs
  • Reporting for Weekly Retail Excellence review, Quarterly performance review
  • Adhoc Retail performance reporting (weekly incentives, Sales, Traffic, AVT, UPT…etc)
  • Coordinate dissemination of Singapore monthly Newsletter

Retail Projects & Others
  • Partner with HR to launch and support Store Managers and admins on any store related engagement activities
  • Support in-store activities to boost T towards a high-performing state
  • Render support for any matters pertaining to staff training
  • Co-drive new tools and coordinate store issues for follow up with relevant departments
  • Adhoc retail related projects as assigned such as Annual Physical Inventory Count

  • At least 3 year of experience in Sales administrative work, preferably in a Fine Jewelry company
  • Candidate should be proactive and positive
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Resourceful
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Good command of English
