Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction for day-to-day manufacturing operations, in a safe work environment, by meeting on-time delivery goals and meeting Tiffany's superior quality standards and guidelines.
  • Meeting monthly production goals in areas of safety, on-time delivery, superior quality and cost effeciency.
  • Provide coaching, training, upskilling, and development to every employee within your designated area of responsibility, including ongoing feedback.
  • Develop and lead a highly effective team to enhance individual performance and promote employee engagement.
  • Support new product development initiatives within the organization.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Drive a culture of accountability to meet all quality requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional departments to support and optimize continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively review all safety and health potential issues in areas of responsibility. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with Tiffany established safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Computer skills including excel, word, powerpoint and database knowledge
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-driven approach to manufacturing with demonstrated quality and cost improvements
  • Saturdays and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • JD Edwards software, DSI, JDA
  • Lean manufacturing principles and/or six-sigma experience


The hiring range for this position ranges from $82,620.00 - $105,000.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
