IT Business Analyst-Digital

OVERVIEW:

Tiffany & Co. is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst - eCommerce and Marketing in the Shanghai, China location, reporting to the IT Functional Manager - eCommerce and Marketing who is also based in Shanghai, China.

The primary purpose of this position is to gather and document business requirements to support Tiffany WeChat mini-program projects, the development and enhancements of Tiffany.cn and other digital applications hosted within China.

This position will facilitate and coordinate the launch of WeChat eCommerce initiatives by partnering with the local ecommerce business team and external delivery partners located in China. S/He will also need to coordinate and work with internal Tiffany IT groups located in the U.S. to align on Global IT standards and processes.

S/He will be responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows and creating detailed requirements documents to support development. In addition, the Business Analyst will support testing by creating test cases and assisting with the quality assurance process.
