Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing luxury leather goods brand. This exciting role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. This role will provide high quality personal assistance and administrative support to the Creative Director and to the CEO and coordinate day-to-day business activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Creative Director and the CEO’s daily calendar effectively: schedule meetings, manage follow-ups and reminders
- Coordinate their travels: book personal and business trips with detailed travel plans and optimised itineraries
- Prepare for meetings, ensure required presentations and documents are ready in time,
- Assist with the preparation of both internal and external presentations
- Screen enquiries and requests and handle them appropriately
- Draft email responses
- Reconcile expenses
- Ensure professional appearance of office and greet office guests
- Office inventory maintenance and replenishment as and when needed
- Other day-to-day and ad hoc administrative tasks and team support
Essentials Skills & Requirements
- A resourceful and motivated individual with great organisational skills and work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Professional discretion required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Zoom
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Prior experience in the luxury or fashion industry a plus but not required • Right to work in the UK
- Available for immediate start
