We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the duration of 6 months, to support our Global Diversity & Inclusion team, starting as soon as possible (start time is flexible).

What you can expect:

• You supportthe execution with various Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives with all operational tasks
• You will assist with creativeconstruct visualization of diversity and inclusion for events and awareness
• Support in preparing various reports and relevant documentation for newsletters and communication activities
• Helping withvarious topics in the DE&I department, with both head and heart (emotional intelligence)

Your profile:

• You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree
• Experience in event organization
• Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written
• You enjoy creative work
• Relevant experience of working in Change Management, Organizational Development, Project Managementt, HR or Diversity & Inclusion is a plus
