Team Leader Global E-Commerce Analytics & Insights (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

• You will lead a Team of 7 Business Analysts, distributed across 2 locations. This includes setting performance objectives, managing organisational decisions and defining the roadmap for the Team.
• You will promote data-informed decision making and set higher analytical standards by building up and maintaining a clear reporting landscape and sharing actionable insights with key stakeholders.
• You will lead the annual budgeting process for the commercial side of the business (covering all topline KPI's) by collecting information about projects from cross functional teams and translate it into business opportunities.
• You will be working with our product teams to help estimate impact of initiatives and prioritisation of core roadmap items.
• You are in charge to minimize duplication and time spent on troubleshooting. This includes identifying root causes of operational issues, propose solutions and work with relevant teams on next steps (e.g. data quality, critical process degradation).
• You will handle stakeholder expectations and execute strategic decisions with senior management.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics, statistics, engineering).
• 5+ years relevant experience in industry or consultancy. Experience in e-commerce, tech or digital marketing is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Expertise in data analysis tools (such as Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer journey analytics
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive organizational change
• Fluent in spoken & written English as well as strong communication skills
