The Paris based Sourcing & Operations Team (ESO) is a new team. Its main purpose is to define, propose and implement an industrial strategy which will support the growth of Tiffany's High Jewellery (HJ) and Fine Jewellery (FJ) Business. Working in permanent collaboration with the US based teams, it will strengthen, optimize and develop the European manufacturing capacity (subcontracting and partnerships).

We are looking for an intern to support the development of the ESO activity and join our amazing team!

About The Role:

Tiffany recently joined LVMH group, accelerating its structuring and raising its ambitions. You have a rare and exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team in development with high expectations and contribute to his fast development. You will work closely with the Vendor Performance Manager. You will have various interactions from the US headquarters to our vendors. You will contribute to the positioning of ESO, which will require a capacity to adapt to your interlocutors and support the change.

Project Management : manage and lead logistic projects concerning the HJ and FJ products to make the supply more fluid and reduce risks
  • Conduct an evaluation of our processes and flows
  • Build a mapping of our strategic components
  • Identify areas of improvement of our flows and define the new target
  • Create/improve project management tools (planning, indicators, ...)
  • Contribute to standardize tools and processes

Data management : contribute to ESO performance analysis by developing dashboards for reporting
  • Clean up databases and participate to data reconciliation
  • Consolidate reporting and contribute to develop KPIs
  • Help to improve the reliability of reporting tools
  • Implement tools to task automation

Operational follow-up : contribute to relieve Operations Division by participating to daily activities
  • Take in charge specific operational tasks (metal advance, …)
  • Translate products needs into metal and components needs
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis to challenge quality, delays and costs

The ideal candidate:

Required:
  • Final year of a Master degree in business school or university equivalent
  • English fluently, written and verbal: daily interactions in English
  • Pedagogy and strong communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Analytics & problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software with advanced excel skills

Preferred:
  • Adaptability in a changing multicultural environment (daily interactions with US team)
  • Experience using Power BI or Excel VBA
  • Experience in luxury or consulting will be an asset

Contract:
  • Internship for 6 months - starting in September
  • Location based in Paris (75009) and travels could be expected (France & Europe)
