What you'll be doing

As a Capability Development Manager, you will have a central role in the design, implementation, and support of Supply Chain capabilities, in alignment with the strategic vision of the Logistics & Fulfilment Function and Operation vertical.

- Support in the management, monitoring, overview, and delivery of large-scale initiatives within the Group's Logistics & Fulfilment Function, with a focus in Warehousing operational improvement

- Conduct and leverage detailed quantitative analysis to derive key operational performance outputs and insights that will support decision - making

- Monitor the performance of key logistics & fulfilment operations, and suggests process / policy improvements to increase efficiency

- Evaluate ideas and/or proposals to assist in the development of meaningful recommendations that can drive the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives across warehouse operations

- Understand and apply project management principles to ensure resource & stakeholder engagement, as well as the successful progression and overview of different work streams within defined timelines

- Support the implementation and transition of capabilities and initiatives across the Group's Logistics operations end-to-end, assisting local warehouse teams before, during and after transitionf the Logistics & Fulfilment Function and Operation vertical.

YOUR PROFILE:

- At least 6 years of professional experience in the Supply Chain function, preferably with at least 4 years of experience in a leading consulting practice, with Retail & FMCG focus

- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and experience with supply chain improvement / optimization directives

- Proficient understanding of data analytics

- Experience with project management principles

- Intricate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint

- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and effectively based on workload - Flexibility and adaptability

- Fluent written and spoken English skills

What you'll need to succeed
