Responsibilities:

• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
• Vacuum clean carpets and rugs
• Dust and polish furniture
• Clean metal fixtures, elevators, offices
• Empty and clean trash containers
• Dispose of trash
• Wipe down glass surfaces
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Follow all company safety and security measures
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, techniques and methods
• Mobility, able to reach, kneel and bend
• Attention to detail
• Reliability
• Teamwork
• High work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
• Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces
• Vacuuming
• Emptying trash bins and recycling bins
• Ability to lift and move at least 20 pounds
• Good organization skills
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners
• Excellent time-management skills
