This role will be a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Requirement:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Off Price Team Reporting and System Entry
- Prepare and maintain Internal sales reporting including shipment tracker, actual bought summary by brands and seasonal styles library.
- Work with Regional Finance team for the monthly LTF preparation and submission including report actual promotional expenses and monthly sell-in data, against the final sales database.
- Handling and coordinating promotion requests from Key Account by keeping the internal promotion summary up-to-date.
- SAP system user for the department : Sales order analysis, Inventory and SO data extraction.
Order Execution & Management
- Coordinate salesman sample including but not limited to handle sample receiving and sending with vendors and to Key Account.
- Coordinate with US International Merchandising team and Licensee vendors for getting product & style details including Style number, COO, Cost$, CADs and product details for market preparation.
- "Assist Manager in arranging markets (Virtual market or Market visit trip) for CK & TH twice a year.
- It includes: preparing presentation materials in PowerPoint format, creating seasonal market master file and line list creation, etc."
- Response to all enquiry from Key Account prior to order and after market presentation.
- Order placement to Asia Supply planning, US and Licensee vendors including order form submission, style creation and PO creation.
- Order processing by creating SO on SAP, and follow up all confirmed orders including confirmed AC date, order form submission, care label translation, packaging stickers, garment labels etc. with Key Account and Asia Supply Team.
- Monitor the shipment schedule and documentation approval status with Asia Supply Team, from vendor to Key Account, and vice versa.
- Handling the special shipment arrangement, e.g. Air shipment, delay shipment, the defectives / short-shipment / over-shipment, if needed.
Payment & Support
- Check, review, get approval and scan back the promotional documents to Costco Asia and Regional Finance team.
- Follow up with and submit to Regional Finance team for issuing the CN/DN.
- Attend and prepare for the monthly meeting with Regional Finance team for follow up payment issues.
Off Price Selling Assistance
- Assist Manager with ad-hoc projects in Off Price Selling including preparing inventory summary, sales segment transfer on SAP and sales documents coordination with customers.
- Assist Manager to coordinate monthly and quarterly inventory summary with different departments in Regional office.
- Assist Manager in market research in Ad-hoc projects.
Requirement:
- Experience: 4-5 years of work experience in the field of sales or fast-paced environment (preferably in an international organization and fashion or retail industry)
- Education: DSE or equivalent
- Excel skills, SAP experience is highly preferred
- English & Mandarin fluent (written and oral) will be a plus
- Independent, pro-active, outgoing person
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment
- A good team player
