Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Gather fabric cuts and create fabric archive available for consultation Help with activation/re activation of fabric suppliers (follow up of all necessary documents i.e. VCP etc) and onboarding on Aravo portal Monitor testing results on a daily basis and alert the teams on any issue that might compromise delivery Management of fabric leftover. Request files from factories, analysis of data , submit files to NY, handle liability invoices Support manager as required in all activities related to production fabrics buying process (bulk order placement, bulk test, follow up of order confirmation , fabric shipment, inspection, delivery to garment vendors etc.) and related maintenance of Airtable chart; support manager in the rebilling process. Support the team in the MTM fabric requests
