JOB PURPOSE

As a Licensing Assistant at Burberry, you will be supporting the Central Licensing team with the overall strategy and success of the Burberry Beauty and Burberry Eyewear categories through our licensed partners. Day to day, you will working on the operational processes, administration and reporting of our licensed categories, with a particular focus on new product launches within Burberry Beauty.

This role as a Licensing Assistant is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be working on a hybrid basis from our iconic Horseferry Campus in Westminster, London, for 2/3 days per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implementing the operational delivery of the beauty launch calendar, collaborating with regional/internal teams on forecasting, stock levels and key product information
  • Inputting of accurate product information and materials into internal systems
  • Working closely with all areas of our Beauty supply chain, acting as the key point of contact for licensing and ensuring a smooth replenishment process
  • Coordinating and updating pricing information, uploading accurate pricing detail into SAP and advising relevant finance and procurement teams of any changes
  • Supporting with incentive programmes for our license partners, facilitating between the Burberry Customer Operations team and our licence partners on assembling incentive product offerings and their effective delivery
  • Becoming the go-to contact for all day to day operational queries associated with licensing


PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Educated to Bachelor degree level (or equivalent)
  • Passion and interest for the Luxury Beauty/Fashion industry
  • Fluent (both verbal and written) in English
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use initiative
  • Analytical and commercially driven mindset
  • Effective in working with data, and able to navigate Excel at an intermediate level
  • Excellent attention to detail with willingness to challenge the norm
  • Great communication skills, comfortable in managing a variety of stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to tasks, and a desire to learn and develop
