Position Overview
The Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) is responsible for managing and driving the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy across North America. Critical capabilities of this role include fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal/external partners, project management, teamwork, process orientation, relationship management, flexible and effective communication, as well as a strong attention to detail. This position will support DE&I Employee Impact Groups by providing consultative support, project management and communication of our strategic initiatives to ensure our efforts are well planned, communicated and executed while working closely with our HR teams to make our overall employee experience and culture more inclusive. The Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will work closely with business partners across the organization to co-develop an integrated roadmap for delivery of initiatives, programming and coordinating efforts to inspire engagement across the organization. You will be adept at building successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and bring impressive communication and administrative skills along with the credibility and confidence to contribute within a vibrant and diverse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Partner with Lead our Employee Impact Groups (EIG) Leadership team to drive employee engagement and impact · Lead DE&I programming planning, execution, employee sign ups and communication. · Collaborate with cross functional partners on programming, event management and idea generation. · Support Employee Impact Groups in meeting scheduling and deck management. · Facilitate EIG and other DE&I Meetings · Provide project management (i.e., Employee Impact Groups, Internal Councils, external partnerships, philanthropic and engagement events) · Partner with the Communications team to regularly message internal and external initiatives, events, and progress. · Ensure meeting notes, follow-up items, project milestones and completion updates are circulated, as needed and follow-up items are distributed to DEI team and business partners. · Produce communication and marketing materials including fliers, invitations, posters, and other materials, as needed. · Maintain Teams site with relevant communications (decks, articles, polls etc.). · Analytics- supporting ROI measurement on programming and events across the organization; provide data on diversity analytics, including benchmarking, analyzing, and generating diversity reporting. · Prepare and maintains records, SOPs, reports, budget and plans. · Act as point person for general questions on DE&I applications and recruitment inquires, manage the DE&I email box. · Assist in contributing ideas for improvement of departmental processes, procedures, and reporting. · Display behaviors that reinforce and support an inclusive culture

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Role requires high degree of accountability, initiative, flexibility, and passion for the value that diversity brings to the bottom line · Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint · Cultural sensitivity and global thinker; knowledge of cultural competencies and diversity and inclusion concepts · Highly collaborative working style · A champion who fosters positive and inclusive work environments and a committed advocate for the advancement of diversity · Experience in project management · Experience in Data Analytics · Demonstrates ability to deal with ambiguity/complexity · Experience supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs with an understanding of current subjects and best practices · Experience managing outreach programs and event planning · Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities · Robust verbal and written communication and negotiation skills · Capable and confident to communicate at all levels within the organization · Able to balance working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced energetic culture · Self-starter / proactive mindset · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships · Ability to work flexible hours outside of local time zone as needed · Ability to travel as needed
