GRAPHIC DESIGNER (FREELANCE)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join Orseund Iris as a freelance Graphic Designer. As a key member of our OI team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphics for use on our website, social media platforms, and newsletter materials. If you have a passion for fashion and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and design graphics for use on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Associate to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
• Design and produce marketing assets, including email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit product images for use on our website and social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and continuously improve design skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Quality and effectiveness of designs as measured by customer engagement and conversion rates
• Timeliness of deliverables
• Adherence to brand guidelines
• Number of designs produced per week/month
• Number of design requests completed within deadline

PAY & REQUIREMENTS

• At Least 4-5 years professional experience at an agency, fashion brand or related field 
• $55-$75/hour based on experience 
• Available to work up to 10 hrs/week
