Marketing and Communications Intern (Paris) 6 months

JOB PURPOSE

Support the PR Team to implement and execute communications strategies, plans and activations for the Europe region with a particular focus on France and Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMUNICATION

• PR

Manage the samples requests and samples trafficking by working closely with the samples office in London to satisfy press requests accross all product categories

Collate sample requests, analyze relevancy with PR Paris Team, create all Sample requests from before submitting to Global team. Once approved, manage samples delivery and return

Create and Input all samples in EMEIA set (oversee split with Italy and Middle East as approved by Paris PR Team) Support International samples requests for press shootings happening in Paris

Ensure the Paris press showroom always reaches the Corporate guidelines and work closely with the local showroom team to manage the Paris samples collection

Produce regular reports (show, product launches etc)
Collect clippings for Print, Digital and social and create weekly internal reports for France and NE

Ensure high resolution and IG handle of each single clipping is collected in real time and shared with the London team, under responsibility of PR & Marketing assistant

Collect industry and internal relevant news for SLT, share with HFH Collect magazines, manage archives for Burberry and DL's personal files

  Monitor celebrity analysis from PR Team (one pagers, markets overview PPT, etc...)

  Produce and ensure the flawless execution of all marketing reporting requested on a daily, weekly and monthly

  Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the organization of local events. Produce regular events reportings

  Support the samples requests for the wholesale platforms/print collateral
