- Work alongside the Regional Content Creation team to develop design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns, look books, video content and multiple projects.
- Ability to tell stories guided by audience and industry insights, demonstrating creative and structured thinking.
- Have strong esthetics taste and ability to understand the brands creative position and creative vision.
- Communicate and pitch clear ideas and creative concepts to regional senior leadership team and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive communication to the execution team on the brand vision and tone.
- Design visual treatment (e.g., mood boards, mockups, brand communication related decks)
- Provide direction of GTM campaign creative, message/tagline and support execution of local marketing/Ecom production if required.
- Establish and maintain unified and efficient e-commerce platform: site creation; promotion eblast; O2O projects; PDP/video shooting production etc.
- Retail Operations and Communication Training: Brief the team to develop all the seasonal training materials.
- Assis in managing the agencies and third parties, ensuring that deliverables are on strategy, on time and within budget.
- Commission creative talent for various projects and manage external contacts including photographers, illustrators, animators, stylists, printers, influencers, entrepreneurs etc.
- Research potential new vendors and develop vetting process to review them.
- Develop strong team relationships within the China Marketing /Ecom , Regional Creative and Marketing teams.
- Understand Chinese youth audiences, digital and social trends, and inspire with smart creativity.
