We are looking for a HR Data Analyst and the role key objective is to design, implement and monitor the Segregation of Duties governance by defining and monitoring that systems authorities/access rights in the company are granted and used in accordance with the Group's Job Architecture and the role and span of control of the individuals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Update/create Job Roles' to guarantee a constant alignment on the HRIS
- Support the ICT team in defining and maintaining a Security Governance model
- Gather and test the selected controls related to HR processes with Internal Audit team
- Support the SOX control owner for HR related tasks
- Ensure Segregation of Duties and SOX narrative updates
- Assist external auditors in understanding HR and evidence production
- Support the Head of Group Organization & Change Management in aligning and executing the HR Technology roadmap with business needs
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides for HR processes and systems
- Support HR representation in accelerating Corporate Sustainability strategy and programs and assist with HR data for survey completion
- University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar
- Fluent in English, any additional language is beneficial
- Minimum 2/3 years of professional experience in HR Department (Organization, HRIS/Security, Compliance), preferably in international HR projects with specific focus on SOD
- MSOffice proficiency; SAP4/HANA; HRIS (Workday or Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors) knowledge
- Process management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for providing quality, security, and accuracy
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills
- Able to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
